S&N by Shantnu Nikhil, is a ready-to-wear brand, where the design to production works very differently from the traditional Bridal Couture business. While incubating the new business functions including Planning, Sourcing and Buying, were implemented from the learnings absorbed from ABFRL.
Shantnu & Nikhil is known for and is accustomed to run a made-to-measure, on-order business, which had its own nuances. However, when they embraced a new business model and process, it was effectively backed by new learnings of modern and organized retail. ABFRL helped the team with efficient planning and working techniques with vendors for production to ensure on-time launches. It has enabled the brand to deliver craftsmanship and quality that is synonymous to its mother brand.
In a short span of time, S&N has been able to infuse values of couture to this ready-to-wear line and every piece on the rack is ensured to reflect the Shantnu Nikhil ideology and brand value. ABFRL’s manufacturing capabilities bring in a lot of experience and expertise and the brand feels proud to be a part of system that allows then to build a value chain based on their unique business needs.
